Submission Guidelines

In order for Su-City to best serve you, please read the following submission guidelines:

Please call or e-mail our office BEFORE submitting your project.
We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express. If you are paying by credit card, please call or email us with your credit card number, expiration date, and the address that appears on your credit card statement.
If you are paying by check or money order, please enclose payment along with your project for the full amount made payable to: Su-City Pictures East and indicate which specific service you are requesting.
Please make sure that if you are submitting a script or treatment, that all your pages are numbered and that no pages are missing.
Please DO NOT e-mail your projects unless otherwise discussed.
Please DO NOT submit projects that are printed on both sides of the page.
Please enclose your fax number and e-mail address (if you have one) and let us know how you want your notes and documents returned to you.
Please enclose a self-addressed stamped envelope if you want your script or film returned.
Please allow a two-week turn-around time for us to complete an analysis of your project, unless otherwise discussed.
Please send your script, videotape, and/or DVD in a padded envelope in order to insure a safe arrival.
Please enclose a scene breakdown/shot list along with your videotape or DVD if you are submitting work for The Movie Mechanic services.
